Springtime Skin Care Tips from the Nail Shop Maui
As summer is fast approaching we at Nail Shop Maui wanted to remind you of some of those important skin care tips to fit into your everyday routine, especially protecting yourself from the springtime sun!
To prevent age spots, wrinkles, and other skin problems be sure to use sunscreen of at least SPF 15 liberally whenever you are out and about, seek shade between the hours of 10am and 4pm when the sun is its most damaging, and wear protective clothing to block ultraviolet rays. Also be sure to drink plentiful water to keep your body hydrated and maintain a diet rich in vitamin C.
Lastly, be sure to take active steps to manage stress as stress has been known to wreck havoc on a healthy complection. And what better way to relax then to stop in for a rejuvenating facial at the Nail Shop? Not only does it do wonders for your skin, but may be just the pampering you have been needing as tax season is fast approaching :). Also check out our current special on skin care kits below!
